Put Ben to work before he and Hayley returned home to Queensland.
He split all the firewood I had here that was too big to fit in the woodheater...
And I carted it and stacked it in the wood shed
Like the T shirt? Just as well he's not a dinosaur...right?
Denver came to the airport too. We stopped at a Cafe on the way for lunch, and to take a few photos...
boys being boys...Denver and Ben
Ben, Denver, Hayley
Today...
It's pouring with rain! Got the wood split just in time, so now I can enjoy the fire...
Yarn Along...
Felt in need of a bit of colour, so crochet a retro baby blanket...still need to finish the edging...
Now started a lap blanket for the loungeroom...in my normal neutrals :)
Reading At The Edge of the Orchard and really enjoying it.
And looking forward to starting the prequel in the Red River of the North series by Lauraine Snelling.
Lunchtime! Then some crocheting...by the fire :)
Enjoy your day!!
xx
I like both colorways! (but I have to admit - I don't get the t-shirt.) It must be something obvious to all but me. :(
ReplyDeleteHi Lisa! Don't worry...I had to have it explained to me too :) If he was a dinosaur (who has tiny, short arms) he couldn't row a boat...or chop wood :)))). I think it loses something in the explaining!! :)) xx
