I've been looking for an easy bread recipe for awhile, and yesterday I found a recipe here on Sarah's blog.

So this morning I made it...and it was delicious...which is it means I will eat more of it than I should!

I also replaced 2 cups of the white flour with 1 cup of wholewheat, 1/2 a cup of spelt and 1/2 a cup of rye. It is very quick and easy to make.
